Lula’s not just a nightclub!
We are proud to announce the launch of This is Lula -– a CD series put together by Lula and MRP Music Group -- Canada’s Latin groove label. The CDs capture the energy and vibe of a hot night at Lula. Volume 1 of This is Lula is Caché's “Blended.” On May 18th we’re having a special invitation-only launch for the series and the CD. Caché will perform at 9:30. The first 100 people to send us an email at cache@lula.ca with CD launch in the subject line will be placed on the guest list for the night.
Ralph Irizarry Returns
Tickets go on sale May 5th for our 2nd anniversary concerts May 28 and 29th. We’re strengthening the New York/Toronto salsa connection by bringing master Timbalero, Ralph Irizarry, back to Toronto to celebrate 2 years of Lula. On both the Friday and Saturday we’ll be offering two concerts with two bands each night (since we’re now two years old).
Both nights will feature Ralph Irizarry with his incredible Latin jazz outfit Timabalaye. Friday night followed by Caché, on Saturday the second set will feature a Toronto meets New York classic Salsa Descarga with our favourite Lula performers jamming with Ralph Irizarry and his musicians.
Ralph has not performed in Canada since our first anniversary so buy your tickets early and join us in welcoming Ralph back to Toronto –- one of the most happening Latin music scenes in the world. $25 advance more at the door, $55 includes: three course dinner, dance lesson and 2 shows! Tickets can be purchased by phone immediately at 416 588 0307 with a credit card. We had to turn people away last year – so reserve early.

We still have spaces available for our Mother’s day brunch and dinner packages. Both the brunch and the dinner prices include a dance lesson and live entertainment.

For large parties we can offer customized menus at special rates. For groups of 12 or more we can provide a personalized Birthday cake as part of our regular dinner, dance lesson and show package.
