Every year Cubadisco showcases the top Cuban salsa and timba bands -– Adalberto Alvarez, Paulito FG, Manolito Y Su Trabuco, Pupy Pedroso y Los Que Son Son, Los Van Van, La Charanga Habanera, Azucar Negra, Yumuri, Michel Maza, and Las Angeles de la Habana. This year will be no exception.

Cubadisco SalsaTour 2005 has been organized by Total Caribbean Experience S.A. -- Cuban land package and custom group travel specialists. This Cuban-based company is well known for their Havana Jazz Festival and Cuban dance workshop tours. The tour will be hosted by dj Billy Bryans whose knowledge of Cuban salsa and timba is unsurpassed. Says Bryans "In Havana music is like oxygen -- especially at Cubadisco time. Besides the shows we are seeing together, there's tons of other jazz, son and rumba concerts and showcases all over the city all day and all night. Leaving Toronto on May 21 and returning on May 29, the Cubadisco SalsaTour 2005 package includes prepaid entry for four nights at famed clubs Cafe Cantante and Casa de la Musica with no line-ups, preferred seating and ground transportation to the pre-booked salsa concerts. Guests will stay at the four star Riviera Hotel in Vedado, the epicentre of the action.
